Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 oz. baking chocolate sq.
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Melt butter with chocolate.
- Add eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and nuts.
- Pour into an 8-inch pie plate and bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
- Do not overbake.
- Cut in wedges and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
- This pie freezes well.
