Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 2 sq. chocolate
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/8 tsp. soda
Method
- Grate or cut chocolate.
- Mix all together and cook, stirring constantly (takes about 10 minutes or 238° on candy thermometer) to a soft ball stage.
- Put in cold water and beat until creamy.
- If it becomes too hard, add a little milk and beat.
