Ingredients
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- 2 cans pie filling (your choice)
Method
- Mix with mixer the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together.
- Line little cupcake tinfoil papers with a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each.
- No muffin pan is needed.
- Fill liners 3/4 full of cheese mixture. Bake 10 minutes at 375°.
- Cool and cover with pie filling. Chill.
- Makes 2 dozen, depending on foil tins.
