Ingredients
- 20 oz. frozen whole strawberries, thawed
- 2 (16 oz.) cans lite peach slices
- 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (in juice)
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 tsp. sugar-free Tang mix
- 1 small box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
Method
- Drain peaches and cut in thirds; do not use juice.
- Add strawberries that have been cut in slices.
- Add banana slices. Pour in pineapple and juice.
- Sprinkle Tang mix over fruit mixture.
- Add dry pudding mix to fruit and mix well.
- Make early in the morning to serve that night.
- Chill all day.
- Each 1/2 cup serving is 12 calories.
