Ingredients

  • 20 oz. frozen whole strawberries, thawed
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans lite peach slices
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (in juice)
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 tsp. sugar-free Tang mix
  • 1 small box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

Method

  • Drain peaches and cut in thirds; do not use juice.
  • Add strawberries that have been cut in slices.
  • Add banana slices. Pour in pineapple and juice.
  • Sprinkle Tang mix over fruit mixture.
  • Add dry pudding mix to fruit and mix well.
  • Make early in the morning to serve that night.
  • Chill all day.
  • Each 1/2 cup serving is 12 calories.
