Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 (8 oz.) crabmeat
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
Method
- Put cream cheese in a 1-quart dish.
- Microwave on Medium 60 to 90 seconds to soften.
- Add cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire and mustard.
- Stir until well blended.
- Gently stir in crab and most of the green onions (reserving some for garnish).
