Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon applesauce
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup soymilk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups fruit, about (apples, peaches, berries, whatever)
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients (don't overmix).
- Pour into a greased pan.
- Top with fruit mixed with other ingredients.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- Top with powdered sugar.
