Ingredients
- 4 (5 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 -3 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- Cover the bottom of a saute pan with the olive oil and heat to medium-high heat.
- Combine parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning on a plate.
- Dredge salmon fillets in cheese mixture and place in hot pan.
- Cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side!
