Ingredients
- 1 large can salmon
- 4 Tbsp. chopped green olives
- 3 eggs, boiled
- 4 slices American cheese
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pie shell, baked
Method
- Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
- With fork, mash salmon to remove large chunks.
- Add olives, salt, pepper, sugar and 2 eggs (chopped).
- Add salad dressing and mix well.
