Ingredients
- 1 container (8 oz.) nonfat tropical fruit or vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 4 c. bite-size chunks cantaloupe (from medium melon)
- 2 c. seedless red or green grapes
- 1/4 c. sweetened shredded coconut
Method
- Mix yogurt and orange juice in a large bowl.
- Add melon and grapes and toss gently to mix and coat.
- Spoon into individual dessert dishes and serve or cover and chill for up to 2 hours.
