Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage, core removed
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. uncooked ground beef
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 small garlic clove, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 beaten egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Place cabbage in large pot of boiling, salted water.
- Remove leaves, 1 at a time, as they come off and are still crisp. Let cool in drainer.
- Cut away enough of thick vein to make easy to roll.
- Yields about 20 leaves.
