- 1 stick margarine
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 large grated onion
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 5 to 7 lb. Boston butt or pork picnic
Method
- Cook a Boston butt or pork picnic in an open pan for 12 hours at 225°.
- Cool and shred meat.
