Ingredients
- 3 doz. oysters
- 18 slices thin bacon
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 6 lemon wedges
Method
- Cut bacon in half; place oysters in the center.
- Sprinkle with seasonings and parsley.
- Wrap bacon around oyster and secure with a toothpick.
- Place in a shallow pan.
- Bake at 450° for 8 minutes (until bacon is crisp).
- Serve with lemon wedges.
