Ingredients
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 13 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 13 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 12 lbs chicken pieces (cut breast halves in two horizontally)
Method
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease a large shallow baking pan; set aside.

- In a small bowl, combine egg and milk.
- In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken into egg mixture; coat with crumb mixturte.
- Arrange in prepared baking pan, malking sure pieces do not touch.
- Coat chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
- Do not turn pieces during baking.
