Ingredients

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 13 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 13 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 12 lbs chicken pieces (cut breast halves in two horizontally)

Method

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grease a large shallow baking pan; set aside.

  • In a small bowl, combine egg and milk.
  • In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip chicken into egg mixture; coat with crumb mixturte.
  • Arrange in prepared baking pan, malking sure pieces do not touch.
  • Coat chicken with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
  • Do not turn pieces during baking.
