Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or 1 1/2 cups equivalent amount whipped cream

Method

  • Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Beat in the sugar and the peanut butter.
  • Slowly beat in the milk.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust and top with the whipped topping or whipped cream, then sprinkle the chopped peanuts over.
  • Refrigerate until firm, then serve.
