Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1 small onion
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
Method
- Chop and mix together the vegetables.
- Make a dressing of the sugar, vinegar, water, salt and celery salt.
- Bring dressing to a boil for 1 minute.
- Let cool.
- Mix dressing with cabbage mixture. Pour into containers and freeze.
- Allow to thaw slightly before serving.
