Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/3 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup rotel tomatoes
Method
- In a skillet combine oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and rice.
- Brown rice on medium heat.
- Combine all other ingredients and turn to low and simmer 20 minutes.
