Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked pumpkin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 4 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 c. gingersnap cookie crumbs
- kiwi and raspberry for garnish
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, syrup, salt, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Stir in pecans.
