Ingredients
- 2 qt. cukes (5 large), sliced thin with skins
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2/3 c. oil
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. sugar
Method
- Place first 3 ingredients into bowl and let set for 2 hours; drain well.
- Pour last 3 ingredients over drained cukes and freeze.
- Defrost as needed.
