Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
Method
- Boil beets in large amount of water until tender.
- Remove hot water and cool down before peeling beets.
- Slice beets in whatever shape you prefer.
- Cover beets in solution mixture as given until completely covered.
- Bring to a boil; fill sterilized jars and seal.
