Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 (9 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed
  • lettuce leaves

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon. Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve on lettuce leaves and return any leftovers to freezer. Serves 15.
