Ingredients
- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
- 1 (7 oz.) bottle ginger ale
- 1 (1 lb.) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 (2 oz.) pkg. Dream Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
- Add water to syrup to make 1 cup.
- Heat to boiling and dissolve gelatin in hot liquid.
- Cool. Gently stir in ginger ale.
- Blend drained pineapple and cranberry sauce.
- Fold into gelatin mixture.
- Turn into a 9 x 12-inch flat dish and chill until firm.
