Ingredients
- 1 c. acini de pepe macaroni
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. pineapple juice, drained from pineapple chunks
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. small marshmallows
- 1 small carton Cool Whip (4 oz.)
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Cook eggs, flour, pineapple juice, sugar and salt until thick; cool.
- Combine this mixture and macaroni, rinsing macaroni before mixing.
- Cool in refrigerator overnight.
- Next day, add 20 ounce pineapple chunks (which were drained).
- Add marshmallows and Cool Whip.
