Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 8 cups small cauliflower florets Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Method
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Mix Miracle Whip and curry powder until blended.
- Add to cauliflower in large bowl; toss to evenly coat.
- Pour water into 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Add cauliflower.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chives.
