Ingredients

  • 1 lb. linguini
  • 2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. white dry wine
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • several shakes of parsley

Method

  • Thoroughly boil linguini (al dente).
  • Drain water and wash with cold water.
  • In a large frying pan, heat oil and saute garlic, pepper and parsley.
  • Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, add linguini and stir constantly for 10 to 15 minutes. Can be served with chicken, beef, pork or anything you like.
