Ingredients
- 1 lb. linguini
- 2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. white dry wine
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- several shakes of parsley
Method
- Thoroughly boil linguini (al dente).
- Drain water and wash with cold water.
- In a large frying pan, heat oil and saute garlic, pepper and parsley.
- Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, add linguini and stir constantly for 10 to 15 minutes. Can be served with chicken, beef, pork or anything you like.
