Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. oil
Method
- Sift dry ingredients together into bowl.
- Add buttermilk and oil; blend well.
- Knead on floured surface.
- Pat out to 3/4 inch thickness.
- Cut with biscuit cutter.
- Place on greased baking pan. Bake at 450° until lightly browned.
