Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, undrained
- 3 slices bacon, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- seasoned pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. sugar
- paprika (sprinkled over mixture)
Method
- Saute bacon, onion, green pepper and butter over low heat about 10 minutes. Add corn, sugar, paprika and seasoned pepper. Cook about 1 hour over low heat. Add more liquid (water) if needed.
