- 20 oz. chopped frozen broccoli
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 qt. water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. chopped Velveeta cheese
Method
- Cook broccoli, potatoes, onion and bouillon cubes in water for 1 hour.
- Add soups and cheese. Simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot.
