Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Cook bacon until brown.
- Remove.
- Toss cabbage until tender (10 minutes).
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Put bacon on top.
- Serves 4 to 6.
