Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 med head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 6 - 8 slices bacon
Method
- Cut bacon into bite sized pieces.
- In large pot or Dutch oven, saute bacon and onion with butter until tender.
- Add cabbage and fry till done, stirring occasionally.
- You may need to add more butter depending on the flavor desired.
