Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 c. assorted cut up vegetables*
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Method
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp. Add salad dressing mix and vinegar. Cook and stir until heated through. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
