Ingredients
- 6 slices crisp, crumbled bacon
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Pet-Ritz regular pie crust shell
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small c. Pet evaporated milk (5 oz.)
Method
- Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 325°.
- In bowl, combine bacon, mushrooms, cheese, onions, flour, salt and garlic powder. Toss until well blended.
- Put into crust.
- Beat eggs with evaporated milk.
- Pour over bacon
- mixture.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes before serving.
