Ingredients

  • 6 slices crisp, crumbled bacon
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Pet-Ritz regular pie crust shell
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small c. Pet evaporated milk (5 oz.)

Method

  • Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 325°.
  • In bowl, combine bacon, mushrooms, cheese, onions, flour, salt and garlic powder. Toss until well blended.
  • Put into crust.
  • Beat eggs with evaporated milk.
  • Pour over bacon
  • mixture.
  • Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool 10 minutes before serving.
