Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (17 oz.) pkg. macaroni
- 3 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 c. corn (undrained)
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown meat; add onion and cook until tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 to 35 minutes.
