Ingredients
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 300 ml Mineral water
Method
- Put the parsley, lemon juice and honey into the tall jug.
- Blend it for a while and then add some mineral water slightly until beautiful green colour!
- Drain through a strainer.
- Keep your fresh parsley juice in the fridge and serve cool :)
