Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Mix the ingredients together, adding more flour, if necessary, to make a stiff dough.
- Roll out on floured board until it is very thin.
- Cut into strips, about 2 x 3-inches.
- Drop in deep fat. Brown on one side.
- Turn and brown on the other side.
- Serve hot.
