Ingredients

  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese (medium-sharp), grated
  • 1 lb. sausage, fried and drained well
  • dash of red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)

Method

  • While sausage is still warm, mix Bisquick and cheese with sausage.
  • Add a dash of red pepper, rosemary and parsley flakes and continue to mix well.
  • Roll into bite size balls (small) immediately after mixing.
  • Bake at 350° for 7 minutes until brown. These can be frozen, uncooked, for 2 months.
