Ingredients
- 3 c. Bisquick
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese (medium-sharp), grated
- 1 lb. sausage, fried and drained well
- dash of red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
Method
- While sausage is still warm, mix Bisquick and cheese with sausage.
- Add a dash of red pepper, rosemary and parsley flakes and continue to mix well.
- Roll into bite size balls (small) immediately after mixing.
- Bake at 350° for 7 minutes until brown. These can be frozen, uncooked, for 2 months.
