Ingredients
- 1 baked pie shell
- 4 c. blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Cook 2 cups of berries with sugar, cornstarch and water over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice, butter and remaining berries.
- Pour in pie shell and cool. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
