Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 bunch fresh basil, cut in small pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Feta cheese
- red wine vinegar to taste
- fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 to 1 whole red onion, thinly sliced
Method
- Prepare at least 1 hour before serving.
- Arrange tomatoes on a serving platter or flat storage container.
- Top with basil leaves and onion slices to taste.
- Add cheese.
- Sprinkle with vinegar and pepper.
