Ingredients
- 2 lb. scallops
- 1 lb. small shrimp
- 1/2 lb. Town House crackers
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- Crush crackers; set aside 1 cup.
- Beat eggs; add to milk. Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spray bottom and sides of 3-quart casserole dish with Pam.
- Alternate layers of crackers and seafood.
- Pour milk and egg mixture over all.
- Top with 1 cup of crackers.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
