Ingredients
- 2 lb. cubed frozen hash browns (Ore-Ida brand)
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream (1/3 less fat is good)
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped (fine)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°. Defrost potatoes enough to break apart. Mix all ingredients and place in large casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through.
