Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's French onion soup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 c. uncooked Uncle Ben's converted rice (don't substitute)
Method
- Mix soup and margarine and stir.
- Drain mushrooms and reserve liquid.
- Add enough water to the mushroom liquid to make 1 1/2 cups total.
- Add mushrooms, liquid and rice to soup mixture and stir well.
- Pour into a 10 x 6-inch (about) baking dish.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serves 8.
