Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 c. beef stock
- 2 c. onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Saute onions in butter; add beef stock, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
