Ingredients
- 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. whipping cream or 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 qt. milk
Method
- Blend chocolate pieces with syrup and water over low heat until chocolate is melted.
- Add vanilla; pour into jar. Refrigerate until cool.
- Beat cream at medium speed, adding chocolate gradually.
- Refrigerate.
- Scald milk.
- Fill serving cups 1/2 full of chocolate mixture.
- Fill with hot milk; blend.
