Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. whipping cream or 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 qt. milk

Method

  • Blend chocolate pieces with syrup and water over low heat until chocolate is melted.
  • Add vanilla; pour into jar. Refrigerate until cool.
  • Beat cream at medium speed, adding chocolate gradually.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Scald milk.
  • Fill serving cups 1/2 full of chocolate mixture.
  • Fill with hot milk; blend.
