Ingredients
- 1/2 c. grape seed oil
- dash of white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh or dried herb
- juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Mix well in glass bowl.
- Use oil marinade for leaner types of tilefish, rockfish, monkfish, bass, swordfish, shark steaks, cod, haddock or snapper.
- Use for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
