Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • Fresh thyme
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

  • Preparation: Place chicken breasts on a plate. Rub down with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread 1/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot over the chicken and coat each piece. Sprinkle roughly one tablespoon of fresh Thyme leaves over the chicken, coating each piece equally.
  • Cooking: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat up a large sauce pan with enough olive oil to coat the pan. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Place chicken on a baking sheet and place in oven for ~15 minutes. Remove chicken and enjoy!
