Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can each: green beans (drained), wax beans (drained), kidney beans and garbanzo beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 large can baked beans
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Brown ground beef with bacon in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
- Combine with remaining ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Mix well.
- Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes or until heated through.
- Yield: 8 to 12 servings.
