Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- Combine water, mushrooms, butter and bouillon cubes in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stir in rice.
- Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
