Ingredients
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Beat egg whites and salt until thick. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.
- Stir in pecans and chips.
- Drop cookies on pan lined with foil.
- Place in oven and turn off oven.
- Leave in closed oven overnight.
- Makes 2 dozen.
