Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 pt. light cream
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 1 c. Locatelli grated cheese
- 1 lb. fettucini
Method
- Cook bacon, drain and crumble; reserve 3 tablespoons of fat. Add cream and simmer; do not boil.
- Cook fettucini; drain.
- Add margarine and toss.
- Add beaten eggs; toss.
- Add cream and bacon fat; toss.
- Add cheese and crumbled bacon; toss and serve immediately.
