- 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. medium noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
Method
- Brown meat.
- Saute onions.
- Drain off fat.
- Add next 8 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour into large casserole dish.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
- Serves 8 to 10.
