Ingredients

  • 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • grated rind of 1 orange
  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping

Method

  • Combine crumbs and butter.
  • Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch pie plate, or use a ready made pie crust.
  • Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in milk.
  • Add juice concentrate and orange rind; mix well.
  • Fold in whipped topping; pour into crust. Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy.
